Stuart I. Greenbaum is the Bank of America Professor of Managerial Leadership and the former Dean of the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Previously, he spent twenty years at the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. Dr. Greenbaum has served on fifteen corporate boards and has led a number of programs on corporate governance and director best practices and responsibilities.
Murray Weidenbaum is a Professor of Economics and Honorary Chairman of the Weidenbaum Center on the Economy, Government, and Public Policy at Washington University in St. Louis. He was President Reagan’s first Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers and was a spokesman for the administration on economic and other domestic issues. Dr. Weidenbaum has served as a director of public and private corporations and is a frequent speaker on corporate governance topics.
Frank J. Ross, Jr. is Chair of the Business Law Department at Polsinelli Shalton Welte Suelthaus PC. He focuses his practice on corporate law and business transactions. He has represented a diverse mix of organizations, ranging in size from Fortune 50 corporations to closely-owned enterprises. He serves on the boards of directors of several nonprofit organizations and is a member of the board of directors of a mutual fund group and a bank.
Kenneth H. Suelthaus is Vice Chairman of Polsinelli Shalton Welte Suelthaus PC. He has been involved for many years in the representation of corporations and their boards of directors in connection with proxy contests, shareholder suits and controversies, board issues, management changes, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and a wide variety of business matters.
