Only director education classes that meet or exceed Institutional Shareholder Services standards receive ISS accreditation. Application has been made to ISS and granted, therefore ISS certification will be available to those who choose to attend both the Directors College and “Following the Money,” which is a separate follow-on program focused on financial and accounting issues related to corporate governance.     Co-presented by:
